GRETCHEN M. KRAMPF, MSOD, PCC
Gretchen M. Krampf has more than thirty year’s experience in the fields of education, behavioral science, leadership development, and business management.
She assists entrepreneurs, executives, and organizational leaders to successfully move forward, define personal leadership, identify success strategies and create environments for personal development, innovation and accelerated learning.
She works in one-on-one coaching relationships, with a specialty in coaching high-performing, high-achieving women. She has facilitated dialogues on diversity and generational shifts as well as coaching teams.
As an Executive Coach, Gretchen is a catalyst for positive, proactive change in action-oriented individuals who want to do and be their best. She works with leaders and high potential executives on honing their leadership style, improving results-oriented communication skills, increasing their emotional intelligence and creating work and lifestyle balance. Successful entrepreneurs and senior executives value her keen intuition and her role as a challenging, yet empathetic, sounding board for their creativity, leadership, resource management and business development. Ms. Krampf works extensively with organizations and Human Resources professionals to develop gender equity and diversity awareness, skills training and leadership development programs. An Organizational Development consultant, Ms. Krampf has facilitated re-engineering strategies for clients through careful needs analysis and process orientation, including coaching, facilitation and training modalities. Using a systems thinking approach, Gretchen has achieved organizational and human resource goals through assessment, development and implementation processes. She has developed and presented seminars for sales training, customer service, negotiation skills, profitable business relationships, group dynamics, communication and conflict resolution, management skills and diversity. Since 2010, she has been facilitating community development initiatives that engage business and non-profit initiatives that integrate sustainable practices.
